  • Please read through these terms and conditions carefully. All products sold through www.pawhaven.com.sg are subject to terms and conditions. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Should you disagree to be bounded by these terms and conditions, you should discontinue your use / access to the site. Paw Haven reserves the rights to amend its site and content when it is deemed fit.

     

    Account Creation

    Paw Haven requires all individual to be over the age of 18 years old and of independent authority to create an account with us. All registration process must be completed according to Paw Haven requirements as stated on the website.

    The customer will be required to provide personal information to create an account with us. Such personal information may include name, contact information, address and other information that is not otherwise publicly available.

    By providing such personal information to Paw Haven, the customer warrants that all personal information provided is at all time true, accurate, current and complete. Should any of the criteria mentioned previously not be met, Paw Haven reserves the right to cancel / terminate the account.

    The creation of multiple accounts under the same person to reuse discount code is not allowed. Any person caught doing so will be issues a warning and be required to pay the amount misappropriated / face legal actions.

    The sharing of account with any other person is not allowed.

     

    Vouchers, Discount Codes & Birthday Perks

    All vouchers and discount codes issued by Paw Haven is subjected to our Terms and Conditions.

    All vouchers and discount codes are only valid for one time use, unless otherwise stated.

    All vouchers are to be used within the validity period stated. Under no circumstance will there be an extension of the validity period for all vouchers and discount codes.

    Multiple usage for vouchers and discount codes that are for single use by the same person / household will be deemed fraudulent and deemed invalid. Paw Haven reserve the right to deny our service to any individual found to have attempted this / may attempt this. Further action may be taken against the errant party in the form of seeking restitution / persecution by legal means.

     

    Paw Reward Club

    New user registering through referral codes should not have the same address as the referee. If found to be registered under the same address, Paw Haven reserve the right to revoke any Paw Points awarded upon referral’s first purchase.

    No Paw Points will be refunded for cancelled order where Paw Points are redeemed.

    If any abuse of system if found, Paw Haven reserve the rights to ban the user from entering / creating accounting / making purchases from our site.

     

    Billing and Account Information

    The account password should be unique and kept secure. It is the entirely customer’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided during the registration of an account.

    The customer will be liable for all activities that occurs under the account. In an event where the customers suspects that there is unauthorized use of his / her account, he / she should notify Paw Haven immediately.

    By registering for an account, the customer consents to receiving e-mails marketing communications. The customer may choose to opt-out from receiving marketing email at a late time by

    By providing your personation information required for the placement of orders and account creation, the customer consents to disclose personal information provided to Paw Haven, to be provided to all staff, agents and representatives of Paw Haven, service providers and contractors, including delivery representatives.

     

    Order Acceptance

    Your order is confirmed once you receive an email with the order confirmation with an order reference number. In an event where an item is out of stock a member of our team will contact you through the contact number you have provided us with. We will suggest alternative solutions if you are unable to wait for the out of stock item to arrive.

    We will also contact you if for whatever reason we are unable to process your order.

     

    Delivery Charges and Information

    All orders above $65, will enjoy free delivery. For orders below $65, there will be a delivery fee of $2.

    Do note that if the sub-total after discount fall under $65, there will be a delivery fee of $2 incurred.

    We delivery islandwide in Singapore, except restricted areas (Military Camps, Jurong Island, etc..) and Sentosa Island (Extra charge of $8 per trip).

    Please ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the time of delivery at the arranges delivery time slot. The authorized recipient / a representative will be required to acknowledge the delivery on Paw Haven’s Delivery Invoice.

    If the authorized recipient is not present during the time of delivery, he / she may choose to have the parcel left by the doorstep. Paw Haven will not be liable for any stolen parcels if the recipient have consented to the parcel being left by their doorstep.

    If you have urgent matter and cannot be present for the delivery, please information us at least 3-4 hours before the delivery to arrange for a later delivery date.

    Should you require a redelivery of your order, an additional $6 redelivery charge will be incurred.

     

    Order Cancellation

    Paw Haven allows order to be cancelled if their status is still ‘on hold’. If the order status reflects ‘processing’, cancellation will not be allowed.

    Should there be any error with payment, please contact us directly through whatsapp / email.

    If you would like to cancel orders made with :

    - Credit Card : A non-refundable bank processing fee of 2.8% + $0.5 of the total order will be incurred
    - Paynow : A non-refundable bank processing fee of 0.9%
    - Alipay : A non-refundable bank processing fee of 2.7% + S$0.35 of the total order will be incurred


    Bank processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the customer refuses to pay the band processing fee, Paw Haven reserves the right to refuse any order cancellation requests and deliver the order as per any other order

     

    Return & Exchange Policy

    Customer are strongly advise to check that their items are correct, not damaged or past its expiration date to avoid disputes.

    In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item, damaged item, missing item or expired item. Please reach out to us within 7 days of order delivery, through whatsapp / email.

    Paw Haven reserves the right to turn down any return / exchange request that is made after 7 days of order delivery.

    These criteria must be met in order for the item to qualify for return / exchange :

    - Remain unused in its original packaging / form.
    - Not damaged / missing any parts
    - Not Promotional / Sale items


    You may come down personally to our warehouse for exchange. Simply contact us through whatsapp to arrange for self pickup at our warehouse.

    Alternatively, you can arrange for delivery for the return / exchange item. Additional delivery fee of $6 will be incurred.

     

    Modification of Prices

    Paw Haven reserves the right to modify / change the prices of the products listed on our website at any given time without the knowledge of the user.

     

    Food Safety & Storage

    We advise all customers to follow the storage instruction found on the packaging of the product.

    If there are no storage instructions found of the packaging of the food item, Paw Haven recommend for :

    - Wet Food: Consume opened wet food within the same day. If not please store all open / uneaten wet food in the refrigerator after opening. Heat up the food before consumption.
    - Dry Food: After opening, store dry food in air-tight container away from direct sunlight in a dry and cool place.

    The above mentioned are recommendations from Paw Haven, you are advise to follow at your own discretion.

    Paw Haven shall not be liable for any improper food storage leading to infestation and food going stale.
